[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — NON DELIVERY OF COURIER

dear Sir,
I had booked an consignment on 17/03/11 vide consignment no.[protected] for Lakhimpur Kheri containing the medical test reports done in a reputed hospital in Delhi. it was booked at Pratap Vihar Franchise name SPEEDO Mobile No. [protected] and the same is not delivered even today and when asked i was given a no. [protected] named SURAJ who dared to reply that from Pratap vihar it came to Rajouri Garden by mistake and was then despatched on 19-03-11 and is presently in LUCKNOW and the destination is still approx.160 kms away from Lucknow. as already conveyed it is carrying the medical reports, which you might be well aware, are very important and are must for further medical treatment. please look into the matter and Iwant to sue these persons and something misfortune happens to the patient they will be solely RESPONSIBLE.

Trackon Couriers — non delivery of courier till date

Dear sir

this is my fifth experience with trackon and i am sincerly considering telling all the vendors to stop this courier once and for all. On all the five occassions i have had to call them up after a considerable time and finally had to go there and collect the same.

The latest incident is with regard to a courier sent from Indore having tacking number[protected]. I was thinking of pulling up the vendor who had despatyche dthe item on the 22nd of jan. i incidently checked the status online to find that the courier has been in the trivandrum office since the 24th jan which is 5 days now.

i had sent a courier to a friend in pune-consisting of two spectacles and a bunch of keys-the courier reciept number is[protected].i had sent the courier on 24th of feb 09 and the courier hasnt reached the destination till date-4th of march 09.the website page also fails to load and the numbers mentioned on trhe reciept are always busy-0so no track of the couriers.i have no information as to where the courier has gone.
please look into the matter and advise.

Trackon Couriers — non delivery of the courier

My father had recently sent me a package which was to be sent from raigarh dist. to gwalior . Even after 11 days of dispatch of the courier there is no one to take the incharge of my case. I have actually called ten times a day to the city office .They told me that they are not responsible for such misplace and suggest me to call the source station. Please help/assist me to sort out the issue.

A COURIES WAS SENT FROM ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE BRANCH, KHANNA TO MUMBAI BRANCH VIDE NO.[protected] DATED 14/11/2009, BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND WHEN THE MATTER WAS TAKEN UP WITH MR. I had submitted an important document with courier no[protected] admission papers) to "GLM Courier, Mansarovar, Jaipur" working for Trackon couriers on 29.02.2012 for delivery to Prof Shivendra Mathur, NIIT University, Neemrana, Alwar, Rajasthan. The document was neither delivered nor I was informed of its non-delivery and its return to Jaipur till I came to know on 16.03.2012 on enquiry from University that my papers have not been received by them. On further checking up at Jaipur office of Trackon, it was learnt that the document was lying with "GLM Courier". My mobile number was available with the company and I could have been informed of the non-delivery at my mobile number. This was an irresponsible act on the part of Trackon Couriers and their link "GLM Courier"

Hi,

I have done a courier from Sahibabad to be delivered to Pune on 21st Oct. They promised to get it delivered within 2-3 working days. Today is 29th, even after 8 days courier has not been delivered and when i called Pune office they said courier has still not reached to them. What a pathetic service is this
