Tradus.com — Order Delivery Not on Time

Recently I placed an order with Tradus.com and it havn't delivered my order and they have raised a request for cancelation for the order. This incident happened twice. Even after complaining to their CEO there is no proper response from them. I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull.
