Tradus.com — Order Delivery Not on Time | |||
Recently I placed an order with Tradus.com and it havn't delivered my order and they have raised a request for cancelation for the order. This incident happened twice. Even after complaining to their CEO there is no proper response from them. I would request you to please look into the matter and do the needfull. I Did not receive this order yet. I registered a complaint with Indian Consumer Complaints. I need my money back with Interest as I was charged and order is delivered on time. This is second instance for the same. I have attached both the order numbers as reference for you. I have paid amount using my credit and amount is deducted from my account long time back. If you wish to continue my relationship with tradus. I would request you to please give me a better service.
