I have reported this case with in return policy tat. I had word with vendor also he asked me sms my address I did the same on same day. But after that he never spoken to me. When he stopped responding to my calls/sms. Then I escalated the matter to you. Now you are also not helping me in this. What should I do? Do you people provide that kind of service to each customer. Sending faulty product that too without accessories.Moreover you people have not shared any contact number on your website. Which is a big question mark on your service delivery. Poor and Pathetic.
