in order 4184844 ..I have ordered 2 pieces of VOX DV588 16 MP camcorder.I have received that by August 16.
I think both r fake. one piece didn't get switches on. another piece get switched on but gone dead after 5 minutes. the image quality is like vga cam. I think they are sending fake products. now both r not working.
customer care is also very worst. no phone numbers .cheating company.I need full money refund. or good replacement.

in order 4190026 .... I have ordered one more 16 MP vox camcorder. but I didn't get received that still now. I want to cancel that order and full money refund. totally for 3 camcorders.

Camcorder — Order Cancelled

Sir,
I have ordered for item Code 3061, Camcorder on 21 Dec 08 on BOBCARD, and immediately after half an hour, the order was
cancelled and ordered for another Camcorder of Rs.4999/-
on VPP system. But, the amount of item no.3061 Camcorder is debited to my BOBCARD. I have given the complaint by helpline.
Request to credit back to the amount to my BOBCARD immediately. This action is showing your negligence.
