[Resolved] Tradus — Refund not Received Yet | |||
Hello Sir, I have ordered mobile on 26/06/2013 and paid through debit card for it. Order number is 9687185_01. The order is cancelled same day saying that its out of stock and refund process will initiate in 24 hrs. On 27th June I received email saying that the funds will be transferred in your account within 3 - 4 weeks (Depending on your bank). Today on 3rd July I received a call from tradus (mobile no. [protected]), he ask me my ATM card no. Expiry Date, CVV no. and also ask Password of the card and said that i am transferring money now & you will received it in 1 hr. As i don't have enough balance he said u should have minimum balance of rs. 5000/- then only i can transfer money its a company policy. After some argument he said i will take to my senior then i will call you again. But i don't received any call nor i don't receive my refund. Tradus have to refund my money so why should my account have minimum balance of 5000/-? Why tradus want to know my ATM password or ATM card number? I have paid online so you should refund online. Sir please kindly look in this matter & solve my problem to get refund money ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear SirI planned travel to New Delhi & kalka on 26th Oct 2010. But due to my baby illhealth health I have cancelled my journey on 26th Oct on 5.00 pm. But till i did not get refung of my ticket. Please help me
