[Resolved]  Travel Care — Never reply me or not update my website after getting the full advance (payment from me)

I have register my domain with complete website including with hosting and payment gateway option through above mention company & they had still not updated the same & when we talk on phone they always said that we are in lunch right now just send me the mail or issue the ticket but after the issuing the ticket (this ticket only can issue this company after sending the requested from their own portal after logging. The ticket ref is 18/12/2009 09:50

Now it is requested to you kindly take an action to stop the forgery like this company.

Kindly do the needful and reply us for the same....

Note: They always told us that we never deal on the phone/mobile but after this when we had issued the ticket ref, why they had not update my site???

Hi Mr Ankur,

First of all you would need to understand few things.

1. Jain Infotech is established since 10 yrs and there is no way that this company can be involved in any kind of cheating aspects as its also a registrar .

2. All of your mentioned tickets were attended in 30 mins, related to all technical works, designing works the time frame was already been provided in the same.

3. As per the telephone calls we provide our office numbers and they are all active and working 24 hrs a days. If you call specifically a person who said that he is in a meeting as per the schedule given to a client and you keep calling without listening the same how can a person attend a phone call during that time frame, but as a courtsey we even sent u an sms mentioning the contact numbers and contact person of office.

4. Yes, we have already informed you that u r payment gateway was sent to CCAvenue.com and they were in the process of reviewing and it got activated they were wanting some kind of documents to process u r gateway for which u have not updated us yet.

5. Even on live chat and on yahoo messenger we have helped you out all the time we heard from you, how can u say that we are not processing things for you.

If you disagree to the mentioned above things please provide us the information where did u find the lack of information as we have all the documents and proofs of the above mentioned things.

We still request you that we always need business growth but in a systematic way.

We have various departments to take care of each and every activity and failing of those departments would lead to call my personal mobile number but here what do we see is you dont want to follow this and go with a personal mobile first.
We are still here only Mr Ankur you can understand the strength of our existence, if we were wrong we would not have been in market, which clearly says we are on right path, you have not followed a right way thats why you didnt get a response. I wish God would have given me powers that i can hear whats in u r mind and work on it, because thats the only way i can know what u want from us.
