Travel Care — problem in refund of go-air air tickets

Dear sir,

I have booked air ticket from jaipur to ahmedabad for 1st january 2019 by goair 98701 having pnr d9i99a from you and paid rs. 3448/- for above ticket as corporate ticket and i have cancelled above ticket on 7th december 2018 and i got refund of rs. 488/- and you have deducted rs. 3000/- per ticket.
I have talked to cutomer care of goair on telephone number[protected] and as per them it was corporate ticket and we have made refund of rs. 3044/- to mr. Bobby nayak. So i did not understand why you have deducted rs. 3000/- and advised me to write high authority of goair.
Please look into above matter and inform me to the earliest.
