Travel Chacha — Travelchacha has taken the money and not sending the E- tickets and not picking up the phone

I have booked a ticket on 3rd August from travel chacha .com. Booking Ref No is ANFILW. From Kolkata to Banglore and Banglore to Kolkata. travel chacha is not sending me the E-ticket and not picking up the phone most of the time and if picking then they are saying wrong number. Please help me

Travel Chacha — NOT REFUNDED -NO TICKET CONFIRMATION

This company is fraud and is cheating consumers by debiting our credit card but never confirming the tickets. They are not answering the fone calls nor are they refunding the money. Please do something since the complaints against them are increasing day by day .

pnr no[protected] trans no [protected] tcket was fully wait listed that was auto cancelled {journey dt 25/09/2010 } but still i not got refund.

I have been booking airline tickets from www.travelchacha.com. On 14 September i cancelled my ticket and i was supposed to receive refund of approx 2100 Rupees (post airline and agent charges- 1000 Rupees ) . I would like to mention that it has become a mere pain that after a lot of followup on phone and mail nobody is giving the clear picture.
I have also cancelled one more ticket and expecting refund for that
I have been calling and mailing them to seek reply.
Would like to register complain againstv trvelchacha.com to teach them a lesson so that other innocnet consumers should not fall in their trap
Their customer care and website is waste. Please help me out to get my money back.

My booking ID: ANMGTE
I cancelled my ticket on 14th Sept 2010 and customer care person told me that it will take approx 20 days.
when my refund didn't came after one month then I started calling customer care person[protected]. I am talking to Isha, Manu and Shushil continously since last 2 months but still I didn't got my ticket refund. I dropped multiple e-mails also(flights.[protected]@gmail.com) but seems these people doesn't reply such kind of e-mails.

Now It has bee 3 months but still my problem is not resolved. Now I started doubting whether they are willing to refund my money (Rs 8902/--) or not.
Can anyone please let me know how to file a complain in consumer forum. I think this is the last option for me.

Travel Chacha — AMOUNT REFUND

I CANCEL MY TICKET ON DATED 25AUG.2010. BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY AMOUNT REFUND TILL YET . I CALLED 100 TIMES AT TRAVEL CHACHA . BUT THEY REPLY THAT YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUND IN TWO DAYS. BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE.

Travel Chacha — Non Receipt of refund

Dear Sir/Madam
I Had booked on line flight ticket from Travel Chacha on 25 July 2010 for 2nd August 2010flight for my wife Sulekha Manuel and daughter Jessica Manuel from Chennai to Hyderabad for Kingfisher flight It 2472 with departure at 6.20am and the confirm eticket was mail to me with the above details, but on 2nd August when my family went to get their boarding pass they was surprised to be inform by the Kingfisher counter that their names was not on their list on further enquiry they inform us that this eticket was for 22nd August 2010 immediately after repeated try at that time my daughter manage to get to one of the Travel chacha customer service on the line and when the whole problem was explained to him and he also verified the fact he instructed to kindly book another ticket at whatever cost and travel chacha will refund the cost for the ticket booked at the airport he even confirmed it with a SMS from their company mobile. Since the kingfisher flight had already departed my family had to book the next available flight which was a Spicejet flight SG 912 with departure at 8.40am and the same was notified to the customer service of Travel chacha by phone and he inform my family that to please sent a scan copy of the ticket purchase and travel chacha will immediately refund the money.
Firstly my daughter who is a software engineer and had an important meeting at 10 had to miss that meeting and we have been spending huge amount on phone bills to contact Travel chacha, these people just don't care, don't respond, careless and a fraud. Company like these should be ban from business if they don't have customer service as the fist priority in their service.
Request the Consumer Court to please look into this case and get us back our money with damages for the hardship my family had gone through.

Travelchacha.com is the travel portal which have most affordable offers for customers.

I have seen few bad reviews about travelchacha.com, but when i had first expeirence with them it was very good.

So, now i have become their regular customers.

I have been constantly reminding this agency to refund the amount for the following booking IDs

All of the above tickets were canceled on 08-Dec-10
It has been more than a month since the tickets were canceled and I haven't received any refund.Moreover if I call them I receive the following set of replies-"It will be refunded by the end of this week".."The refund department is closed"...and blah blah.The tickets were booked using Credit Card and now I have to pay the interest amount for the above transactions.
After my several call and mail I am not getting any revert from the agent side. Please help me to recover all my from the travel agent and
Also request you to kindly take a serious action against the agent.

Travel Chacha — Non refund of money after cancellation of Air Ticket

Hi Team & Dear members,

I m really very disappointed by the service received from Travelchacha.com . I booked my tickets using their online website of TravelChacha in Dec 2010 & cancelled the same in Dec , I got a confirmation mail with the expected refund amount but today it is almost 6 months that i m still waiting for my money to get refunded ,
also they stopped responding to my e-mails & even blocked my login /registration on their site

some concrete steps need to be taken against Travelchacha.com now .....

i had cancelled online air ticket to bhubneswar on 20th through travelchacha .com and got confirmation mail on same date stated amount will refunded in 25-30 working days. so mailed reminder to travelchacha on 18july and 19 july 2011 and also called on 19th July. no one give satisfactory ans. one of them customer excecutive told me i may be refunded after Friday.
my request is kindly refund in given time as u stated. if they undue late in refunding then launch complaint in cpa
