I have called at travelchacha.com for tour packages, their receptionist is quite rude but i have got the deal at very cheapest rates. This is some thing that is good about the company.
I really enjoyed their deal & get bck to them soon for new offers.

Am Dnyanesh from Dream Destinations, Pune. our company is a wholesaler for Thailand hotels and land package, Ms. Vipasha introduced me to Travel Chacha. They were doing their Thailand bookings from our company.
Last year in Feb 2014 Ms. Anu, Ms. Renu, Mr. Ajay employees of Travel Chacha Palced one booking each. The very strange thing was all the bookings were last moment and about the same time. I could'nt understand that. I booked the services. as per discussions they started lying about the payments. the total due was Rs. 1, 00, 000/-
In Aug the owner sent me ICICI Cheques of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (5 Cheques of 20, 000/- Each) and the dates were different, unfortunately first 2 Cheques got bounced 3-3 times, (In between i called them 100 times), In sept I personally went to their office in Delhi. I went their with my uncle to recover the payment, as my uncle is an Ex MP.
The Owner (Con) Mr. Sanjay Bhasin was crying in front of my uncle, telling he is in big loss (Around 15 CR), then he gave me new cheques of SBI (4 Cheques of Rs. 25, 000/-) and they also got bounced.
In Nov. 14, I called Ms Anu, and asked her to continue their Thai bookings with us and send some extra money with every booking. She agreed and confirmed one booking and sent Rs. 5, 000/- extra with that booking,
In Dec 14 they confirmed 2 Bookings. Ms. Anu said its my family members booking and cant send the extra money, I agreed and confirmed the booking, then Mr. Ajay placed a booking he also gave me a reason for not giving the extra money.
on 10th Dec 2014 they sent me 58, 000/- and prior Rs, 5000/- the total balance is Rs. 37, 371/- but Mr. Ashish is not intending to pay the balance amount.
I have attached the screen shots of emails and msgs
The owners are fraud, Mr. Ashish Bhasin & Mr. Sanjay Bhasin. They have blocked their incoming calls, you can msg him on [protected], in my case I was speaking with Ms Anu, Ms, Renu (Left The Job), Mr. Ajay & Accountant Mr. Inder (Left the job), Mr. Dharmender.
