Travelepoint.net online company. company say we provide online Mobile recharge railway ticket airlines ticket and other online bill pay facilities etc. but all comments are false. company not provide Airtel Recharge, so many Airlines are not connected with company. Customer Services are too bad. Fund Transfer Problem, Shopkeeper can't recharge Airtel Mobile, Can't book Air Arabia Airlines Tickets etc services are not provided by company. But on Opening counter company say to shopkeeper we provide all facilities but not true. I say to all Shopkeepers before take Travelepoint counter check all services on other travelepoint counter. The customer service management is very bad. No one knows the reply of query asked by the customers. Account section is also not very good. Unnecessary debit of amount from the customers account and there is no reply for the same
In response to your comments, we would like to draw your attention that there are thousands of retailers working well with the company. Hence raising unsubstantiated allegations does not befit anyone especially in service sector/s. It must also be noted that in a B2B business, a lot of policies are governed by primary operators rather than intermediaries like us. We would appreciate if concerned parties show maturity in resolving their issues.
Cost of delivery to masses, taking technology in usable form to IT-illiterate population.
