Travelyaari.com — No refund of ticket money

On 02/07/2013 I booked 3 online tickets through travelyaari.com from Delhi to Ludhiana, 7:30 am, seat no. 37, 38, 39 in Punjab Roadways HVAC Bus costs Rs. 1053 .The bus was scheduled on 03/07/2013 but due to the strike of Punjab Roadways, it was cancelled . I talked to the helpline no. for refund of my fare, they told me that it will be refund to you within 1 month but till now i didn't get my money back. I called them many times but got the same response so now I am left with just one option i.e to dodge a complain against them . kindly help to get refund of the same as soon as possible .
