Teak Certificates were pushed by your executive to my father. It is easy to impress a simple person, therefore keeping certificates for 20 years have been a pain. There is no communication. There are people who get innovative ideas to tell the simple innocent people to give money which will be invested in Plant, Sheep etc.This appears very rosy that there would be new generation of plants and sheep. They very smartly calculate inflation factor and give estimated price of plant/wood. The regulatory authorities approve such schemes and there is no follow up because poor men accept the loss due to their bad luck. I think One kind of smart individuals with greed make fool proof plan and raise an organization. Their targets are innocent people with hard earned money. The arouse greed in target individuals and intermediaries, who get commission become ruthless and cheat their own contacts. This is animal behavior and stronger eat the weaker. Carry on, the system would always helps them.

As per terms and conditions of the company the Certificate Holder may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company in several occasions but reply is received from the Company.
Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of 20 years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder ?
