In April 1992, an advertisement was published for Esskayjay plantation pvt Ltd in news paper.The company was selling the investment plan in Rs 600/-and it will increase to RS/-100000 in 20 years.
Consequently, My Father Shamim Ahmed invested money RS/-600 and received Teak Certificate no.23640&23641, Folio No.23640&23641 and Distinctive No.11384&11385 on 31st August 1992.
How this Amount can be recovered.

How this Amount can be recovered.

Consequently, my brother invested money Rs 600/- and received the certificate of Teak Tree No. 17190, and Distinctive No. 19671 on 31st August 1992.
How this amount can be recovered? Whom to contact? Tried toll free no in vain

This company is getting liquidated. As a result, the company is now responsible for paying...

I had purchased 5 Teak Trees through Teak Tree Certificate (Certificate no. 29475, folio no. 29475 & Distinctive nos. 17596 to 17600) from Esskayjay Plantations Limited, 7B, Kiron Shankar Roy Road, Calcutta - 700 001 in the year 1992. As per terms and conditions of the company the Certificate Holder may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company on several occasions but no reply was ever received from the Company.

Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of so many years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder ?

I have applied for 10 teak plants. Vide his letter dated 9th November, 1992,Company has informed that my certificate No is 27782 and tree no.is 46171-80, but till date I have not recieved my certificate even after submitting indemnity bond. Thanhs.
