[Resolved] Trimurti Gas Services — NON ALLOTMENT OF NEW LPG CONNECTION | |||
To The Manager Trimurti Gass Services, Shop No:-31, J Block, Vikas Puri ,NDLS-18 Respected Sir I applied for New Cooking gas connection and a letter was received from your office that my request is considered and was asked to deposit a copy of I/card along with copy of original booking letter. I prepared all my documents along with your current letter and contact your office for taking new LPG connection but I am very surprised that your staff misbehaved with me and kept my all paper in their custody advising that two connections have already been given on same address. We are three brothers and all are married and having kids and residing separately on ground first and second floor. Please depute your staff to check the same and issue me my LPG connection immediately otherwise I will be compelled to make my complaint to the concerned department. An immediate action will be appreciated. Trimurti Gas Services — UNAUTHORISED CHARGES
I want to complaint against Trimurti Gas Services [Mulund-E] Distributor of HP Gas Cylinder. He has charged us Transfer Charges Rs.150/- and to our neighber Rs.45/- and not given any Receipt of the same. First of all why this charges ? as transfer of Residence in same area only. and from one customer they charge Rs150/- and from another Rs.45/- and not issuing any Receipt of the same. Pl solve my this complain give us refund of the same.
