triveni infrastructure — Non refund of Allotment Money

We have been allotted 3 BHk flat in Sector 89 faridabad by Triveni Infrastructure New Delhi under their project Signature Phase II Flat No.R-2-311, in September 11, 2007 and against which we have made 10, 30, 000 rupees. I have also send multiple letters for refund of this money. They have categorically refused to refund this money thru email communication but refused refund the money.
