Respected Sir, I Ranjeet Singh Walia invested in one of the housing project launched by Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd under the project name of "Signature" in sector 89 at Faridabad. The builder has taken away a majority of the flat money and the delivery is scheduled in 2010 but until 2009 Mid, they have yet not initiated the project. I have been paying high interest to LIC from where the loan was also taken on this flat. This significant financial loss and insecurity of my money is causing signficant mental and financial loss for me. I would be highly thankful if I can get my refund from them. Kindly help. After having been deceived by Triveni for about three years, when despite having taken a large sum of money the company didnot even get its plans approved, I asked the Company to refund my money. The company gave post dated cheques which started bouncing on submission to the bankers.
The company has no business ethics, has duped hundreds o[censored]nsuspecting customers and is coming out with fresh advertisments so brazenly. It even wanted to be listed on the stock exchanges despite the fact that its owner is facing dozens of cases in civil, criminal and consumer courts.
The only course now open to the victims of Triveni is to take recourse to legal action to get one's hard earned money back and to make the owners suffer the consequences of harassing so many people.
