I ordered varieties of turmeric from Mr.Senthil, TT Global Exports, Poiyerikaatur, Erode for five tonnes of mother turmeric (panagali) and 25 tonnes of turmeric fingers.
First load of turmeric was good one, and the next two loads of ordered turmeric varieties were mixed of good and poor qualities and some quantities were infested with lot of bugs. So I called up Mr. Senthil, TT Global Exports and asked to exchange it, but when I went there with the turmeric, they refused to exchange. I am really disappointed with his attitude and we could not use that turmeric anymore. Also the customer service ppl was bad and impolite. The rate of turmeric were also too high compare to the other sellers in Erode.
From now on, I have started to purchase the turmeric from K D Enterprises, though it is costly but the quality is really good.
