I booked a flat in tulip grand sonepat in 2006 and an agreement was made on 15.03.2007 with M/sTulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd.to give the possession of flat within 36 months otherwise company would pay to the Buyer compensation at the rate of Rs.5/= per sq.Ft. but neither I got the possession nor compensation from April 2010 to till date.Please help me...................
