I booked a flat in tulip grand sonepat in 2006 and an agreement was made on 15.03.2007 with M/sTulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd.to give the possession of flat within 36 months otherwise company would pay to the Buyer compensation at the rate of Rs.5/= per sq.Ft. but neither I got the possession nor compensation from April 2010 to till date.Please help me......................

Non delivery of flat

This is to highlight that, bought a 2 BHK flat at TULIP GRAND SONEPAT in Jul`08 with promised delivery date of Dec`09 however no signs of delivery till now.when called,everytime got a different date and now they have simly stopped answering the phone...really disturbed with this as our hard earned money is at stake...please advice....
