This is to highlight that, bought a 2 BHK flat at TULIP GRAND SONEPAT in Jul`08 with promised delivery date of Dec`09 however no signs of delivery till now.when called,everytime got a different date and now they have simly stopped answering the phone...really disturbed with this as our hard earned money is at stake...please advice.
