[Resolved] TVC — Send IMAGE Instead of IBOOK' | |||
Respected SIr/ Madam, I had purchase a I bookfrom TVC Sky shop for INR 7490/-paid by credit card vide order number OC2570619 and when i received the delivery of the product the same was I Game for INR 2890. I had complained immediately to their customer service number [protected] the complaint was made daily where Mr Manpreet, abheejeet ,Sandeep Rahul etc but they are only making that the product will reach very soon on my asking and they had provided me complaint number 603338_167 and assured that they will send me the replacement product within 7 days from the date of the complaint. Now it is almost 43 days from giving the complaint and stilI I have not received any replaement or any wirtten confirmation of the replacement. I would like to complaint against TVC sky Shop for mental torture, mental agony and harrasment. Please help me get me full refund of my money paid to TVC Sky Shop and also compensation for the emotional and mental suffering i have gone through during this period which has hurt my emotions. Sir RBI will not watch such type of cheating then who will defend a commenman you are requested kindly do some thing to protect the innocent consumer from such organise cheaters Sarin Was this information helpful? | |||

That pathetic reason to disturb consumer court with. You should first call customer support and then wait for replacement.
It might have been the problem with dispatch department, this saildix is absolutely right!!!
Mr.sarin I totally agree with the comment of saildix, kindly talk to the customer care department.
Hii i think so you have to call their customer care centre and they will solve your problem.
even the i also got the same problem i got icon g8 mobile instead of icon g8+. and my product was replaced within 1week. so you just call on their customer care no[protected].

Even i am also agree with Mr Pradeep. You should call to customer care of TVC SKY SHOP to solve your problem.
TVC — Reliablity
I had made purchased Merlin 123 & the free product along with it from TVC & had made the payment by credit card (Rs2490/-)on20/5/08 but the product is yet to be delivered by them. They (Hemant) had confirmed the delivery by 24hours but it is yet to be delivered
& today is 27/5/08.I have spoken to a number of the cust care persons Mr Tambi 22/5/08, Mr Chirag 23/5/08, Mr Prashant 24/5/08, Mr
Avinash25/5/08, Ms. Monica25/5/08 & 26/5/08 who all promised the delivery on the dates when i have been calling & lastly Mr.
Bhagwan 26/5/08 called to say that it will take another 24hrs for the delivery. Can someone help me recover thr money from them??
