I have received product spy pen 16 GB. from u on dtd. 04 th Feb . 2011 from Ulhasnagar .( Dist- Thane ) My order no. OC2546684 but still received date the pen video not working properly.
recording after then stop automatically and only many vlc icon found. I tried Best of my knowledge and level to work it properly, reset also, but the problem not solved still today. So I want to know what’s the problem in my pen, and what can I do for this ? Its not recording not turn off blue light still reset it. So please advice me to what I do ? As per ur advertisement compony assured 6 months warranty on this product, so please give me advise to work it properly.

TVC Skyshop Ltd. is a Fraud Company. They cheated to me also by sending a Mini Laptop with Windows Ce installed which is a Useless Software and doesn't allow any other Softwares like Broadband Internet or Printing Software to be installed on Windows Ce and the company also doesn't give options for Changing it to Windows XP. That means TVC Skyshop Ltd. is a complete fraud company of all times. If you can complaint against them in Press or Register a Case with Consumer Court or any other Courts in Mumbai or in India, then only the Company can be taught a Lesson. B'cauz kisi product ki garanty six months ki dete hain but usme diffect hone k karan complain na to forward karte hain aur naa koi process karte hain aur jab bhi customer care me call karo[protected] par to ek hi jawab milta hai

maine 26 ya 27 october 2010 me ek product CAMERA book karaya tha jisme diffect tha wo mere paas deliver hua 6 november 2010 ko aur maine uske diffect ki complaint product ko lene ke saath hi kiya tha par abhi tak koi replacement nahi kiya gaya aur aaj 20 April 2011 ko maine shaam ko 6:18 par call kiya to pata chala ki meri complain 7 november 2010 ke jagah 18 january 2011 ko book hue hai abhi tak 5 mahina 13 din ho chuke hain par koi replacement nahi hui
main aap sab se yahi kehta hu ki please aap TVC ka koi product naa kharide kyonki maine to jhel liya par aap apne paise bachaye aakhir chinees product hi to hai aur kisi ne shayad hi TVC Sky Shop ka office dekha hoga customer care wale naa toh apne senior se baat hi karate hain aur naa hi unka koi NO. dete haion aur naa hi apne office ka koi Address dete hain

Yes, TVC Skyshop Ltd. is a Fraud Company. Their Products are Defective and Useless. Especially the Ibook Netbook with Windows Ce is a very Useless Product. Moreover, the Customer Care Executives like Mr. Ankit Singh,

I agree with you. Even, i purchased a Cooking King with Free Silcer Dicer from them last month. First time i received the product in a damaged condition. I called customer service, they asked me send the product back to their Mira Road office. I paid the cartidge and send the same. After 15 days, i recieved the product again in the damaged condition. After making several calls, they said they cannot change and i can get it repaired from the local vendor. What the is this?
Pathetic Service, Worst quality of products and no customer service.
Will recommend people not to buy anything from them. They are Cheaters.
