TVC Sky Shop Ltd — cheating of receiving defective product | |||
i have purchase one spy cam pen from tvc sky shop on dt.15.04.12 and i have received it by post on dt.18.03.12 after check i found that this item nor work or defective so i call to tvc they say you send back it to our address so i send back this defective product to tvc back on dt.19.04.12 and i have received its pod on dt.21.04.12 with tvc sky shop stamp & sign after i send this pod to tvc sky shop for confirmation by mail but upto dt 07.05.12 they say that we are not received any consingment that send by you. i have all proof like courier receipt number and pod also with tvc stamp.i call to tvc 6 to 8 time they say we register your complain but upto dt no any solusion from tvc. sir, i purchase 5 id in jan, that time ur comp. offerr free gift on each id but im realy sorry to say that i receive only i gift i.e SPY CAM but this is also defected piece i make many call to comp but no way, pls this is my humble request to u kindly change my piece.

tvc sky shop ltd — Complete Product Not Given back to me
Dear Sir,I had given the order of Digital clock with spy cam for home uses to TVC SKY SHOP LTD online the order no for same is OW00045016.
Tvc sent me incomplete product without chager after hell lot of follow up . When I asked them to send me the charger they instructed me to send back the product to their warehouse which I did and sent the product through first flight courier no.MB0151524 on 8-Jun-2012.
They received the returned product on 14 July 2012 but not not giving me back my product with charger.
