Order no as given in Sms. OC2473466, ordered on11.11.2010 . icon phoneRs.2999 as given in newspaper . Address: VISHWAJIT ROY. po+vill: Chouldari. District :South Andaman.pin code: 744103. Mobile no: [protected]. since passage of over 10 days not received the product till date,I want to know the reasons for non delivery of product till date?

I am also an user of icon g5 and according to me at a price range of 5890 it is an awesome mobile to get. Morever is stylish look

well Mr.Swatantra Kumar, I totally disagree with u, as I am also a user of icon g5 its an awesome handset @ this price.I purchased one more for my sister as well!!!

I am also using the same handset, and its working awesome yaar, I love it, its look n its toush is great!!!

So cheap Mobile. Check out your mobiles back panel and press a little harder and it will break into pieces.
You can't even access internet properly.

TVC Skyshop-IKON Mobile — Worthless Mobile and Fraudulent service

I Have purchased IKON Mobile from TVC Skyshop (Model No. IKON) and the mobile has stopped working within 3 days. and no service from the vendor. their mails are as under.

Sir/Madam,

I Sagar Rajendra Patni has ordered from you “IKON” Mobile (Vide Order Number - OC2602270)
Within 10 days of purchase the mobile stop working and nothing is displayed on mobile, so I sent the mobile at your office at Mumbai for repair.
Almost 3 months has been gone but there is no response from your side, I have made 250-300 calls at your office (and I have record of all calls made) most of the time they are saying that the mobile will be delivered to you within a week and rest of the time they are keeping the phone on hold and not responding even after waiting for half hour.
The mobile is in warranty for six months and from 3 months the mobile is with you, I have not even used the mobile for a month also.

This is very fraudulent behavior from your side and I am getting frustrated by calling each day at your office, This type of treatment is not expected from the esteemed company like you.

I want you to take the proper action in this regard and give us the feedback in today only, otherwise I will have to complaint at consumer protection department and I will give this fraudulent treatment in newspaper also.

Take this issue seriously.
