Buttons don't work after just 3-4 days o[censored]se.
I recently purchased a product called SLENDER SHAPER from TVC.
It is supposed to reduce your tummy etc. using vibrations.
There is a small panel connected to the belt (of the size of our TV remote). This panel has 5 buttons for various operations like On/Off, Auto/Manual, Speed etc. After using the belt and this panel for just over 4 days the panel has stopped working.
On contacting their helpline they told me to send the product to their Mira Road (Thane district) address by courier alongwith photocopy of my receipt. They told me that it will be repaired and sent back.
My complaints are:
1) If their product stopped working in just 4 days o[censored]se what quality of material are they using?
2) They want me to send the product by courier for repairs. Why should I pay for the courier charges when its their fault?
3) I had a set a target date for getting my stomach in a good shape. If I lose 10-15 days due to courier or repairs then who will give me my days back? Who is responsible for upsetting my health plans?

TVC slender shaper — Non delivery of Parcel
I have booked a TVC Slender Shaper vide Order No.OC2271695 on 17.10.09. I recerived a messege on my mobile that the above parcel has been sent through speed post vide No.EM[protected]IN. SLENDER SHAPER IS VERY GOOD EXCERCISING BELT.I HAVE ORDER THIS PRODUCT FOR MY DAD AND
MY DAD HAVE REDUCED 4 TO 5 KG WITHIN A MONTH AND DAD USE TO HAVE BACK PAIN BUT WHEN

I disagree with the complaint after all it a machine 1 of 1000 may have defect and it would be complaint if they are not responding but as metioned they are ready to help all you have to do is send them the product so go ahead try it first
I have ordered for slender shaper on 25.04.10 and sent a Cq to TVC with order no. and it was cleared on 28.04.10 and I also received the message in my cell that they have despatched the product through courier. Till today I have not received the product. How many days it takes to reach. Total 45 days over till now not received. Will you help in this. My order No. is oc2366830
Why don't you contach the customer support as i did. I had the same problem and it was solved in 3 days.
