Hi,
I have ordered selender shaper through Credit Card and amount of Rs4990 is debited on my card and product is not delivered even after 10 days. Each time when I am contacting the customer support they just say order is punched and product will deliver in next 24 hours.
I have sent the mails to the customer support as well but not recieved any satisfactory response.

Buttons don't work after just 3-4 days of use.
I recently purchased a product called SLENDER SHAPER from TVC.
It is supposed to reduce your tummy etc. using vibrations.
There is a small panel connected to the belt (of the size of our TV remote). This panel has 5 buttons for various operations like On/Off, Auto/Manual, Speed etc. After using the belt and this panel for just over 4 days the panel has stopped working.
On contacting their helpline they told me to send...
