TVS/ APACHE RTR 160 — Damaged parts while servicing | |||
Sai Baba TVS servicing center, Cinchwad and Hinjewadi I gave TVS Apache RTR 160 to TVS showroon service center. They told me that bike is wobling because of handle Cone Kit so they replaced, when I took the bike the problem still persist then they told me it is because of Tyre, at the same time there was battery issue, Break problem, Starting problem, Oil Leakage etc etc,,, they took my bike 3-4 time but still they were not able to rectify. And they charged me something around 2500, next time in March I gave they told they changed the Oil Seal and charged but its still leaking, secondly started was short because of water getting into it, thirdly, they charged for servicng but front brake oil stil not changed and they totally charged me 1109 rs. My name is Umesh and I have buyed the TVS Apache RTR 180 last 1 month back and the bike is not good, the rear wheel wobbles very much and the engine sound is also more and the gears slips and it is very hard, The first service also finished then also the bike is not good and i showed the bike out side leaving tvs service centre they told that the rear tyre itself is not in a good finishing, So do me the oblige otherwise i will go to consumer court on the company...
I have had a similar experience. i purchased a tvs wego in december last year. there has been continuous head light problem, start up problem and engine issues. they havent been able to repair anything. i am taking action against them with the district consumer court for recovering damages. i suggest u to do the same.

I have given my apache 160 for general survice and replaceing of head light housing, Dring this survice mechanic have damage another part of that housingNw they are not responding us for that damage
S what should i do for compensate? even they do not accept their mistake,
