I purchased scooty two years ago but I have been facing repeated problem in the vehicle which is not being addressed by velachery ramkay TVS. Everytime i delivery the vehicle for service with out issue but the issue is not solved. This time i had left the vehicle for service, they changed the battery, breakshoe and as usal they charge for engine oil change. But i was repeatedly informing that vehicle is making huge noise which was not addressed. Within a day or two from the delivery of vehicle from last service, I found that the entire engine oil got leaked and vehicle was making huge noise. This happened when i was travelling from home to office in the morning. Evening when i started the vehicle, i heard huge noise then i took to the near by petrol bunk and a mechanic checked the vehicle and said that the eng oil tank top was not closed tightly and there was no washer fixed for that top due to which the top opened and oil leaked. I had again purchased engine oil in the bunk and filled. Just within a day i had refilled engine oil due to mistake of ramkay tvs service at velachery. I was called to ask marks for service, i had informed that vehicle makes noise. But they request to delivery the vehicle again for service. Like this many a times the vehicle was delivered next day or two days after service. But how we can go office without vehicle for two days or more. Since veh has to be taken before 6.30pm and we cannot reach the spot . I have nothing to comment except say that service has become more of money oriented than good service being done.
