[Resolved]  Tvs Scooty — Panel broken, kick start not working.

Greetings fro the day
I have purchased a Scooty Peb for my wife TN 22.CM 9622 From S.K ageancy Madipakkam. on 20th Jan-2014 by cash Rs50, 000-

On the first day the bike stopped got off at signel.
The kik starter did not worked.
The panel was broken.
we have explained this problem to SK Ageancy Madipakkam thay made a temporary solution and said panel is manufacturing mistake we will not be able to do any thing.
Sir for people like us baying a scooty with down payment is lots of savings. we contacted Mr Janiky Raman ph [protected] who was kind enough to ask us to come to RK Ageancy Velachery Chennai. One Mr Satesh Service Engineer [protected] who service the bike and today kik Starter again went off . Every day my wife has to take the children to school in the bike and she has been asked to run pillar to post. We are so very depressed. Mr Janiky Raman said he shall look into the problem today.(11th feb-2014) and said the company has no policy in changing the bike. As you know i am working as a Group General Manager in Hotel South and have a association with Mr Sundaram Madurai. To make it clear i have his guest staying with me in Rameswaram though he called i did not want to disclose these things. I do understand the channel and do not want to bring up to that level.

Request -I would appreciate if could look into this issue not making my wife run from Madipakkam to Velachery i do truest that this issue will be taken care and looking forward to hear from you.
