I had sent my vehicle TVS-SCOOTY-STREAK bearing No RJ 14 MS 2198 for service on[protected]. (2nd service free) It was specifically pointed out that is a starting problem, in as much as, it starts with great difficulty, and stops as soon as the escalerator is pushed for speed. The problem persists, which means, no proper service has been done. In the May- end after 1st service, My father had come to your workshop with the same complaint and problem but it was told that with the movement of the vehicle in greater mileage, the poroblem will automatically vanish. Probably, the carboretor of the vehicle is not properly washsed or there is some technical problem, or lack of proper tuning. On 30.07.09 also, my daughter, while going to college faced the same problem and the vehicle stopped. When she wanted re-start and escalate the vehicle, It was with great difficulty it started and vehicle came into motion.
So this is my report, as demanded by you from your telephone No.[protected], on 30.07.2009, after the service, whether I am satisfied or not. This may be kept or record/ table of the high officers of your organisation.You may redress my problem or not, it is upto you.
