[Resolved] Tvs Scooty — Poor Servicing

i had given Pep plus for rectifying a clutch box sound in kanjirappally authorised service center in Kottayam District, Kerala. The mechanic says it is required to replace cylinder and piston and needs to pay Rs. 5000 around or they will take back the vehicle and will give a new one after bill adjustment with the old. However i denied the offer and shown the vegicle in a local work shop and they charge Rs.150 and made the vehicle alright. When i asked the owner to give me in writing about the suggestion made by them, then he refused to give in wrinting and thretend me . Why the company doesnt have any qualified technicial people and why at all they misguide the clients? your item parts are not at all available in market and it is a punishment for us as your authorised service center people misled us Was this information helpful? I have given my tvs sooty purchased in the month of october 2011 through Sharada show room in Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad and given for free services in the same showroom facility in sithapahalmandi hyderabad. I am stunned to know that automatic ignition battry is vey low and due to this I have to clutch the right side, simultaneouly the automatic switch to sart. How can the switch has gone out with in three months from the date of purchase. if such is the I can sugest to purchase the your companies vehicle particularly the two wheeler and advise all my friends to avoid the purchase since your services are very, and miserably bad. will you advise the show room to change the new battery freely or at your cost.
