tvs scooty authorised service centre causing lots of problems to consumers and charge heavily stating many faults in vehicle. i do not understand why their parts are getting worn faster between service. that makes question to the quality of product.
in my case M/S meenakshi motors and service, valasaravakkam, chennai, they took vehicle from me for service, when i got back after a week my wheel tube got punctured, i have 10 days back replaced it, but when i enquired to them they refused they replaced it with old one. Actually they have replaced my new tube with old unbranded tube. When the issue went to TVS company the representative blindly supported dealer and said there is no possibility of that replacement. Even i gave proof of newly replaced tube but he simply supported dealer.
Hence i stopped giving service to authorised dealers.
