[Resolved]  TVS Scooty Streak — Worst Customer Service from the dealers

I had purchased a TVS Scooty Streak from Swagath Motors, No. 103, Mallappa Building, Old Madras Road, K R Puram, Bangalore-560036. This the worst dealer in whole of K R Puram. It has been 2 weeks, he hasn't installed the accessories for my vehicle yet and no response. He has taken the payment in full after that he not responding to call or any my request. Is there way to teach such dealers a lesson? Probably canceling the dealership and penalizing heavily for worst customer service/ treatment would teach such dealers a lesson. The owner, Ravi Chandra, is one lazy who is root cause for my troubles. Is there a way where I can raise a complaint in consumer court against such dealers who are inefficient in their work and service? Will I get any compensation for it? Can anyone let me know about it?

I bought a Scooty Streek from Madurai Premier Motor.After third service,front shock absorber leak not yet corrected by the concerned company.hence kindly arrange top rectify the above defect.

i purchased a tvs scooty pep plus from malabar tvs perinthalmanna [malapuram dis ] .i take the 1st service from sreyas tvs ie, on ottapalam [palakkad dis] .they told me there is no water service today. Today our techenican is leave ok iagree .after 4 hour they return my pep and paid 350 rupees .the same as feel for the 2nd sevice .I return my vehicle from ther with out service I see so many vehicle &service centers they are very well and decent behavior ifeel very sad what service is they done They are sitting on ther for cheating not for servicing this is my last purchace from tvs

I have purchased my tvs streak last year only, after buying my byke from Kormangla "sri hari motors" i found my scooty is having problem like break and starting problem.I complaint about same several time to service center people but didnot get any solution.on 7th of july i got sudden break down and was not geeting started i showed my scooty to machinic infront of me and not left my byke they told that some parts are duplicate thats why i am geeting problem.I called the service center people but they are not geeting things done and when i complaint about that parts is been changed they are not aggreng not even coming to take my byke not responding properly to me...

I bought one scooty streak on 10.03.2011 from M/s Kamakshi Motors perambur chennai.
I have completed three free services and third service was completed on 17/09/2011 at the
2728 KM. Vehicle No is TN 18 F 1627 . I found slight oil leakage at engine bottom side after the third service and slowly oil leak increased and Vehicle handed over for service on 12/10/2011. Vehicle delivery taken on 16/10/2011. ( Service time 4 days- Too High ) and paid the gasket charges Rs 252. Vehicle engine dismantled and all the gasket replaced.

I am working in TVS group company.

My question is, Vehicle is under warranty period how can you collect the gasket and other charges.The vehicle covered only 3100 Km and how it is possible to broken the gasket. I can not get the clear answer from your supervisors.
