[Resolved]  TVS WEGO — Starting Problem,Battery problem,Breaks at middle of the road

I have purchased a TVS Wego on feb 8 212 From Mumbai TVS Yash at Marol Andheri (East)The day i bought the bike thought its best in the market but i was wrong. Initially the Dealer told me that you will get an average of 50-55/Km But until 2nd service i used to get an average not more than 25Km/litre and i use to run the bike on highway after each service the dealer used to ensure the average would get increased gradually but it never happened but now i am facing starting problems the bikes gets breaks down at the middle of the road her's a battery problem as well.After showing the service center as well the problem has not been resolved but it has turn worst
Can somebody tell me where and how should i launch a complaint against them.
