I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my TVS iQube electric scooter, which I purchased on 31st October 2023. The vehicle number is DL9EV1832.
Since 10th November 2023, I have been experiencing an issue where a clicking sound emanates from the motor when I accelerate. Upon consultation, the TVS maintenance engineer advised that the motor needs to be replaced due to manufacturing defect.
I registered this complaint with TVS on 19th December 2023 under complaint number TVS_Gr_[protected]. Since then, I have been continuously following up with Ahinsha Motors, Gurugram, specifically with Mr. Yogesh (Mob: [protected]).
Despite several follow-ups, I had to escalate the matter and wrote another email to TVS. This resulted in the issuance of a new complaint number TVS_Gr_[protected] dated 25th May 2024. However, there has still been no progress or resolution provided.
I am now reaching out to request that my complaint be registered and appropriate action be taken promptly. The delay and lack of response are causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I trust you will address this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution.
