[Resolved]  Uae Exchange — Fake US$ received

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

On 23rd October, 2010 I bought US$ 2000 and on 24th October, I left to Dubai. Next day I exchanged the currency and one 100US$ was fake. And a long chat with the staff of Redha Al- Ansari Exchange, they returned the US$100 and ask me to give that where you have bought. The next day, it was informed to the UAE exchange Br, in Fort Cochin. My stay in Dubai was for 1 month after returning to Kochi, the next day I returned the currency to the Branch staff Mr. Praveen and endorsed the receipt with his signature. And told me he will solve the issue. On 24th December, I called him and he stated that he cannot help me out. Then i compliant to the UAE exchange head office and they said that you brought back the currency only after a month and so they cannot do anything.
Kindly advice for the same.
I have enlcosed 1) Receipt from UAE exchange, 2) Back side of receipt they have received the currency to solve the issue. 3) Endorsed in the passport by UAE exchange. 4) to and fro seal of immigration authority. 5) Two receipt of currency exchanged in Dubai.

Thanks in advance, with regards, Gilbert V. Antony, 14/278-A, Near statue Junction,
