I have done a transaction of cad 7820 through uae exchange to canada on 23/10/2015 around 12.30 pm from mysore branch and came to know that they have charged me an extra 13000 indian money (I paid 42300 indian money), when i checked the rate in uae exchange kurivilangad branch, kerala and sbi bank around 01:15 pm. Now when i called the uae exchange customer care service and the branch officials, they are telling simple made up excuses to hide their fault. Please resolve the issue on priority else suggest me to raise a complaint in the consumer court of india.
The kurivilangad branch staff confirmed over phone that i have been charged an extra amount from the mysore branch.
