[Resolved] Ucb Watch — no replacement

hi i placed a order for UCB watch at India Today book club. I payed Rs 499 on delivery. But when i opened the parcel the watch was not working. So i called up the customer care of ITBC. They asked me to courier back the package and copy of delivery invoice, which i did. For one week i got no call or email from ITBC regarding my package. After a week i mailed them to know the status of my watch, they said that there's some problem in the system so they will revert back in 10 to 15 days. And know i get a email that i missed the delivery of my package, but hows that possible when i have the delivery invoice with me. I never expected this kind of fraud from india today book club. Complaint marked as Resolved I had received a check for 499 Rupees. I am happy with resolution provided by the website. I believe this was only possible due to efforts put in by you guys

hi i am suimt i buy a watch on 30-11-11 but after one month watch movements became slow and every 24hrs watch get delayed by 10 minutes.i try to call on customer care no.[protected] at least 1000times and waited till half an hour on every call but there was no response.i never except this type of customer service from you and very disappointed with UCB.
