Non receipt of Aadhar Card
Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had enrolled for Aadhar card by Unique Identification Authority of India on 26/03/2013
The Enrollment Number is : 1055/90192/19558 Enrollment Date 26/03/2013 10:43:15 NPR Rept. No.90493016
My Name is Saimeena D/O: Rama Krishnan Address: H.No.801, Sector-4, R.K.Puram, New Delhi - 110001 (Actual Pin Code: 110022)
My Date Of Birth: 11/03/1987
My family members cards
( Enrollment Numbers 1055/90192/19556 Enrollment Date 26/03/2013 10:20:05 = Rama Krishnan - My Father,
1055/90192/19557 Enrollment Date 26/03/2013 10:31:44 = Sankari - My Mother and
1055/90192/19559 Enrollment Date 26/03/2013 10:43:15 = Saileela - My Sister were received.
But till date I have not received my Aadhar card nor having any information about when it will be delivered.
I could not get any information from your India Post Portal.
Hence I expect a quick reply on this matter and humbly request you to provide me the actual delivery status of Aadhar Card at [protected]@gmail.com and send me the Aadhar card.

I have not recd my Aadhaar Card till date. My EID No: 2017/60095/41907 13/11/2013 at 15:56:47. I had recd the SMS ( in Jan 2014) that the card would be delivered and till now i hv not recd the card. My family had enrolled in Feb 2014 and they all have recd the card in March 2014.
I am sending several letters and e-mails and no response as usual from these govt agencies.

Pls let me know what is status and when will i get the card ?

I have corrected my address in my Aadhaar Letter through on line on 24/07/2017.
