I glad to share that mr. SK Mishra from Umamani Homes who stands as an AGM of that company is not doing a fraud business and really a very good person to believe in.He is currently taking care of Limoon City which is very good project and having a very good feature falls in the satellite city of Bhubaneswar.
I have paid for a plot which is owned by the (sale deed) by the company and is very happy with there response and commitment.I can say finding a good person in Bhuabaneswar dealing with land is quite difficult and advise you conatct Mr.SK Mishra if really you need a plot near IInd infocity.

r u also employee o[censored]mamani, I am sure else u must be paid to write this. Umamani has not giving plot to any innocent man who has paid to book a plot.
In umamani home creation they have taken money since 3 yrs but not giving plot.

I am sunil mohapatra...please be aware of the comments..most of the positive comments are mentioned by umamani people..mentioning the S.K MISHRA as a good person.. Please find most of this comments are written in CAPS.. and the same S K MISHRA have mentioned the comments.. you will find by same mailid with different name and comments mentioned... the same guy S K MISHRA is mentioning all those comments..bloddy dump does'nt know to change the mail id...The person is a , , , , , he only take money and goes and will play with the customer..be aware of this person and company...

This Umamani company is a gang of bast*rds and h*les. I have booked 4 plots in Jan 2011 by paying 4 lakhs advance. He was suppose to give me regd in aug 2011, but not giving. Giving various reasons like I am not available, busy etc and not his staffs are saying the land prices have gove up so asking Rs 100 extra per sq ft.
I am am NRI, and will make sure this h*ole give me the plots in agreement price. I will not listen to the reasons.
People should be beware of this. Without checking one should not do business with these frauds. I was not knowing about this guy and a friend told me to book the plots.

May be somebody had good experience. But I personally have a so bad experience with Umamani Home Ceations. I almost escaped from losing my money. I suggest people to check market reputation and go for buying plots from this kind of looters like umamani. They will show you heaven but in real these are monsters of hell. Be careful before investing your valuable money.

Watever comments n facts given above are unfortunately very true. These people keep on postponing their dates for registration by giving reasons like MD father got expired, its rainy season, , there is dispute in the booked plot, , , , . I'm a victim of these excuses. Im @ bbsr right now and speaking to the MD directly and trying to sort the mess . If people want to get togather and fight out then kindly mail me @ [protected]@gmail.com . Lets try do sumthng and take sum action rather then just blogging abut it. We should stop these people from looting innocent poor people who have limited resourses wid a simple dream owning a plot in bhubaneshwar .

NO.1 FRAUD company. Narayana Chandra Nayak is a cheater and looting public money in the name land plotting scheme. Very soon he will be in jail. There is already case registered against him. Please go to Naxatra News channel (who exposed Hi-Tech estates) and give ur documents.
