I glad to share that mr. SK Mishra from Umamani Home creation who stands as an AGM of that company is not doing a fraud business and really a very good person to believe in.He is currently taking care of Limoon City which is very good project and having a very good feature falls in the satellite city of Bhubaneswar.

Delay in giving plots at Prabha Paradise

Hi i had also booked a plot with Uma Mani Home Creation since last 2 years (October 2008). All these days they have been delaying the registration of the plot. Everytime you visit them they will delay it by couple of months. Recently i visited the site and found some demarcation being done in the far off corner, but no actual activity has taken place.
Anybody else who has faced similar problem and know whom to contact for such...

Doing fraud land business
I booked a plot with due agreement by paying 2 lacs, but they did not give me the land even after 1.5 yrs. When i call them they do not pick up the phone and always said that the land will be ready for possession within 2 months.They sold the same plot to others without informing me. This is a great cheating company.
Please stay away from this real estate company....
