I am facing the same problem. Although I purchased it around 2 year back. I have given it for servicing as it's display was not ok and was under warranty period. At service they have taken it and said it'll be repaired and you can collect it after a week but even after 20 days they have not repaired it. Whenever I call for it they have asked me call after 2-3 days back. Very-2 bad service.
