UMAX IS NOT PROVIDING ANY SUPPORT TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE OR THEY ARE MAKING FOOL OF THEIR CUSTOMER
I purchased a UMAX EXTERNAL TV TUNNER CARD in JULY 2012 from LAXMI NAGAR DELHI. Right from the start it was not working. When I went to sevice centre at nehru place they told me to come after 2 days. After 2 days i went their then they told me to come after 1 week then after 1 week I went their they told me that " HUM KO NAHIN PATA KI YEH PART KAB TAK AYEGA". Then plz help me that when I will get my TV TUNNER repaired or replaced OR I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT. In future I will suggest everyone that PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT O[censored]MAX BRAND.
