[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Extra charges in booking of flat | |||
I am interested in booking a Flat Project “Amrapali Leisure Park” Noida. For that I visited site. There I met Unicon Investment solutions persons Mr. Amit and Mr. Yash Agarwal. As per my choice they promised me to allocate flat no 405 in B1 block (925 Sqft 2 BHK+Study).They told me to allocate the flat under Special Corporate Plan (for 4-5 floor 2000 per Sqft 20/- IFMS+ 25,000/- Dual Meter Charges)They told me they have holded the flat against my name. They call me in Corporate AmpraPali Office in Noida for booking. When I Filled the form they told me that 50/- extra will be charged for Park facing. When I confirmed it From Amrapali persons I found it should not be charged. When I told this thing to Unicon person(Mr. Amit, Mr. Yash agarwal) They told you have to pay park facing charges otherwise they will unhold the flat in my name and allot to other. When I complain to Amrapalli Staff in this matter they told me to they will book the same flat from their side( Mr. Manahar as I recall). Very True!
Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.
Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.
I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.

He was very polite and appeared genuine before I booked in Noida. But after that all of a sudden he completely changed his personality and became aggressive, harsh, derogatory and threatened me with "illegal acts".He repeatedly challenged me to send him a legal notice, said "It is everyday work for me. My company will handle it."
I had complained to Unicon, but they are indifferent.
They have made me suffer a loss of Rs 1 lac ( The promised credit amount) and acute harassment.
