[Resolved] Unicon Real Estate — Unprofessional and Arrogant | |||
I have booked 2BHK flat in Patel Neotown at Noida Extension through Unicon in May 2010. Later in Feb 2011 I decided to cancel my booking. The builder Patel asked me to take NOC from Unicon. From 15 March 2011 I have tried my best to get NOC from them but these cheaters are harassing me and not giving me the NOC. I have been in contact with Ms MANYA from their real estate. But she is giving me daily one reply that my NOC will be ready very soon and I will be informed by telephone. I would request everyone to avoid these cheaters who are polite only till you give them Cheque. After that they show their true colours. Unicon is a company of fraud and cheaters. A Unicon Real Estate Assistant Manager - Mr. Nitin Gupta promised me a credit note at the time of the booking in a project in Noida.
Later he refused to honour the commitment and threatened me with dire consequences.
I complained to everyone from Jayant Sanwal who is Asst Vice President at Unicon Investment Solutions, Jatin Khanna, who is Senior Manager at Unicon, and Gurpreet Kaur who is Senior Manager and looks after customer grieviences, but they took no action and ignored my complaints and did not refund my dues
I have got the formal credit note from Unicon.But Shyam Goswami, from the Accounts department who was supposed to make the payment does not answer my calls and instead disconnects the phone
My repeated complaints on various consumer forums have proved futile. Now I am approaching the print and electronic media and the government agencies.
So beware of a shameless company like Unicon- which works on the basis of deceit and threats and loot the hard earned money of innocent citizens.
