[Resolved] Unicon Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud/ Cheat by Employee o[censored]nicon | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a property in Supertech Eco village II – Noida Extension through Unicon, The deal has been made by your two collegues Mr. Vikas and Mr. Neeraj. Before deal Mr. Neeraj regularly meet with me and at last 24th July he has finalized the deal. He has made the commitment that apart from the supertech discount, I’ll give you a discount of 2.5 % ( i.e. 10 % of Supertech & 2.5 % o[censored]nicon). Before closing the deal, he talked to his superior Mr. Vikas and the deal was closed @ of 1805/- ( for 2 BHK of size 795 sq. ft.).The cost for which comes to Rs. 14,34,975/-.Mr. Neeraj told me that he will issue a credit note to me which will be later encash through cheque o[censored]nicon. I have given the instruction to that guy that booked below the 10th Floor. But he has booked the Flat No 1301 and after that he has not told me about that. After a long period of time, I has given me the receipt of that & when I saw the flat No 1301, I was shocked. In spite of all these things, he has not given me any credit note or cheque from the unicon & when he delivered the receipts he was showing in very hurry and told me that if you will take the flat at 10th floor, you will have to pay PLC of CORNER but here you have to pay no plc at 13th Floor. But after that day, he never come back with credit note & not picking my phone calls. I have tried so many times to Neeraj as well as Vikas but no one picked my phone. I have got my allotment letter and in that they have charged corner PLC as well as Park facing. Can you imagine at 13th floor – PLC of Park facing. You are a prestigious builder, and I am not expecting these types of Fraud with you people. If your executive make the impressions like this in the mind of people, then how can we make a good relation in future. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not received any notification from UNICON all these months. Trying to reach the number mentioned above connects to UNICON customer care, but after hold of 30 minutes, call is not connected to anyone.
Also trying to contact at[protected] but seems the folks are still in holiday mood, with no response on multiple calls.
Looking forward to a response. Once again, my cell number is [protected].

After lots of follow-ups, I got the receipt and finally a letter from Unicon about the 2% discount (vs 2.5% that was promised).
It has been more than a month after receiving that letter and lot of follow-ups, but I have not been given any satisfactory answer for the same. Obviously, I have not received any cheque so far.
I went for Unicon, that it is a professsional organization with a set of defined processes. Seems like I made a mistake and should have gone through a normal stand-alone property dealer, who would provide the money in a month's time of the receipt. My friends have already got the discount from such dealers.
My calls to the UNICON number either go unanswered OR if someone picks up, the lady has no information. I have been asked to contact Suruchi Bajaj, but she has not been responding to my calls. I had also sent an email earlier, with all the details and the attachments for the scanned copies of the various documents that I have. I have not received any response on that as well.
