Dear sir /madam

I m Thakur Dass. i m NRI staying in Spain Europe.

when i was in India in March 2009 i had open a online Trading account with Unicon securites Pvt Ltd. company.

My account was open in Noida, Uttar pardesh branch by Mr.Nitin Jain and Mr Sandeep.

I have given him the 2 chque of Rs. 5 lac and 1 lac.

As I was busy so I had not done any transition in my account, I have some family problem so I need my money .that’s way I ask Mr. Nitin Jain to make the payout of my amount. When I ask for my amount, he told me that he had done unauthorized trading in my account and now he is tell me that my balance in my account is nil.





It is the total case of farad by this company and my totaled loss is around six lacks.



I urgently required some favorable response from your side.

structure new joinee would be paid tctc(total ctc) during initial two months in the
organization after which they would be paid fctc and vctc on the basis of
following performance but my joining date is from 1st sep2008 and i receive the

I had said to her that my salary is 17000/- and you have issued only Rs. 10643. then she said to me that by mistake your cheque is issued of this amount and she said please return to your cheque then i will give you after 14 days. after that I have given to her my ful and final cheque. mean time I have called up to ms. sapna sharma and she said to me that your salary cheque will not come. I have send lots of mail but They are not replieng I am very harras to unicon securities pvt. ltd. All the hr and seniors and giving me reply to this matter.

i doing the job in last 21st july 2008. and mr. sanjay tyagi and vivek sharma(avp & vp rajnagar ghaziabad branch) Told me your salary and your joing kit coming 10 days. .but after 10 days again told me i send you your joing kit & salary cheque. after two month in october2008 he told me again your two months salary and your joing kit coming 10 days . and i after that i Did'nt get my salary tiil now 18 nov2008 . and i speak to . he always try to ignore the call, Please do something in same mateer

when i have already not confirmed my 24-25 june trade then why the balance(holdings) has been deducted from my account.

reply me soon. this is not the manner how we can ensure that our money

which are holded at ur side is safe. when RM make any trade without

my knowledge and after that if we not confirmed that trade then

no process start for that n ultimate holding is deducted from my account

then why u goes to the formalities of confirmation call.



means my account can flow with the stupidness of

any RM. and if we complain for that no result would be done.

this is very bad for unicon image in market. previously i have also

lost my 50, 000 rs. by the mistake of RM n till now i have not get

any positive response not from ur side nor head of noida center.

now what can i do?

Client Code with broker MR208..I had invested more than 6.30lacs in my Deamat a/c at Meerut branch.

In Jan08 I had cash holding of more than Rs 2lac.
And more than 2lac credit balance.

I purchased some future within my credit balance.

As a matter of surprise I came to know in Jan08
during market crash to pay 1.63 lac as M&M.

1)I paid Rs 1lac and asked Mr Pramod/Atul...

The below detail was forweded by me to the company but der is no positive reply from them.

so now am sending you the matter an please guide me in which way you can help us.

your agent Taranjeet Singh has faced a great loss of Rs:7100/-by investing in Intraday
that to without informing us so we requested you to take some serious action against
him but till today you have not taken any action against him, nor you have taken any
interest in our matter.this shows that you and your company encourage the agent to play
on customer's money and make them face loss.If it's not so then why aren't you taking
any action against your agent as per the rule you should have FIRED him, but till today
he is working in your company.If you don't want to fire him then you have to pay the loss
from company's side or by deducting the loss from Taranjeet singh's payment.Do take
some serious action otherwise we would have to take action against both of you.It
would be better for you to solve the problem at our level.

The above pera was forward by me on 20th of april this year and till today you have not taken any action.

Today when I talked to miss Amarjyot kaur she guided me to again send a mail so here i m sending u the mail so give some interest in this matter, she also told me that you have opened my Demate acc in Globel capitalmarket and your company handel all the matter, in such case you have opened my demate account in your company.And so in that case if your person Taranjeet singh who is appointed by your company has faced a loss to us without aur knowledge, becomes your responsibility.so know i request you to take some action against him, and repay our loss which is round about Rs;-7100/- either deducting from his insentives, or from company fund other wise my advocate will send you an official letter and then you have to ans to him. so take some action dont jst take it lightly.

I would like to clarify you that i m a govt servent and the money which i have loss because of your agent was not of black, it was a money which i earned after a lott of hard work, so i am not going to leave you nor to your agent.so find out where your agent had made a mistake and try to solve the problem.

i recharge with 199 on 04 th feb that time got the message that the validity of the a/c is stiil 14/07/2021,but yesterday i check my a/c that shown the a/c will be expeier on 14/04/2008, i given one compalain to custamer service they told the are help less.i hope u can serve me better

Dear All,
i am holding a trading account with UNICON SECURITIES PVT.LTD at thier Connaught Place Regal Building office
I have some F & O positions in my account .On the morning of[protected] they informed me through SMS that a sum of Rs.506696.29 is short in your trading account .Then I personally visit their office around 9.30 A.M. and deposit cheques of Rs.5,50,000.00 against of debit of nearly 5,07,000.00 I deposit some extra money because market conditions are very volatile .They accept my cheques and assured me that your positions are safe atleast today .The cheques are of HDFC Bank and debited in my bank account on same day i.e.[protected] as broker also have account in HDFC Bank . At that time I was fully satisfy and think about what happen on next day in market , during the day I was talking them so many times to review the market even all my positions are held in my account after closing time of market .

But on the evening abount 5.45 p.m. they inform me that your positions were unwinding directly by NSE , I can,t believe that, because whole day positions were held in my account, why they inform me after market time that your positions were unwinding . I contact to the branch manager Ms.Divya Sharma, she assured me that she already sent e mail to her seniors and give me time of 1-2 days to get replied from them , but till today they can,t contact me, the branch manager is on leave from[protected] .

Please advice me what can I do , is it possible that i will get my positions get back .

Can I serve them a court notice? or please suggest me to whom should I contact ?
