[Resolved]  Unicorn Dazzler — Poor after-sale service

I brought a Unicorn Dazzler on 29/8/2011 and met an unfortunate accident 2 weeks later. So I took my bike for repair at your dealer/agent (Hauva Honda, Aizawl). After waiting 3 long months my bike was still not repaired, telling me there were no parts available to replace the damaged parts. So, I went and brought the required parts from Harish Honda, Silchar and asked for immediate repair. Sadly, they told me to wait 1 more week. I went the next week for repair, and again I was told to wait another 2-3 days. I was stunt and surprised at the continued refusal of the mechanic there to repair my bike. Indignant and frustrated, I took my bike to another mechanic for the RE-ASSEMBLING of my bike, where we discovered that the clutch-plate, the curburator, and seat were damaged. The engine oil seal and steering balancer, plus a few screws were missing. I have addressed my grievance to the main office of hauva honda, Aizawl but they were rather lethargic with their response.

I would be grateful if the proper authority can address my grievance to the responsible above-mentioned dealer.

unicorn dazzler — after service problem

the first was done 10 days back ,now after running 1 or 2 km the acceleration starts to raise even we use the clutch also the acceleration hoes on raising . yesterday at badlapur the vehicle was stucked . I contacted the vj honda people but the respons was to bring the vehicle to showroom . again I contactrd them and asked them for service technician bcoz the bike could'nt start the respons was it is to late(4:50 pm) and also shortage of technician. then we hired a tempo and brought the vehicle home .we request you to send ur technician at the earliest to the following addressand do the needful immediately bcoz of this I lost 1 working day.

Why do people buy just because of Honda name ??? There are lots of other good quality bike makers in india, eg, suzuki, yamaha, Tvs. First look at all the options. See which bike maker offers more features for price. Why people blindly buy honda bikes at higher price and lesser features and regret later? Honda and herohonda are too very arrogant. They dont care about customers once they get the money. The will not replace parts under warranty, saying parts are not available. But when warranty is over, then the are ready to replace the parts. That is their idea. Honda has given low-power 4 AH battery in dazzler and removed kicker. Old unicorn has 7 Ah battery and also has kicker.

unicorn dazzler — Waiting for Tail glass

Hello,

I have Unicorn Dazzler bike(black color).Accidently my bike tail glass has broken.I went to Sterling honda showroom at chinchwad,pune to order new tail glass.It's 20 days over and they are still saying that we had place your order.

really it will take 20 days time to make new tail glass.
This is my complaint please resolve the issue ASAP.
