Union Bank Of India — Recruitment complaint

This complaint is regarding the fraud that has been done by union bank of India in their recruitment 2011 for 2473 PO posts. Firstly in their advertisement the have not declared any marks details and asked for the fee payment, but now they have declared the list for eligible candidates who are fit for the interview. They charged INR 200 per person without any clarification that who is eligible for the interview call and now they have a marks list under IBPS that the person who have more marks than 166 can give the interview now below that. I have submit the fees according to the advertisement which states that any person who fulfills the advertisement criteria can fill the form now the new advertisement states that the person who has marks more than 166 are eligible. This is highly irresponsible and fraudious thing done by the bank. I still have the advertisement which does not have any marks criteria attach to it. I request Consumer protection court to please check on it and please take some action on it because this is not right with the people who has takes the mental and physical pain while submitting the fees.

I do agree with the above complaint as even I have also paid the fees amounting to Rs 200, seeing the advertisement and even though I have fairly good marks of 158 I have not been shortlisted for the interview. Unlike other banks Union bank of India didn't notify any such cutoff in their advertisement dated 27th Dec2011. This is an act of cheating the public and making money. So request the Indian consumer complaint forum to help us get back our paid amount and do the justice.

Yes, Union Bank is a fraudulent, they dont have moral value..
Is it good to take money from unemployee youth without calling them for the interview?
We are very much frustating with this type of schemes playing by some banks.
Is it the right way of earning money?
They sholud be funished by Indian Consumer Forum.
