Union Bank Of India — Ignoring to update my profile | |||
Hello Sir, I, Mr. Shailesh Kumar Vishwakarma, have an account with Union bank of India last 4 Years. My A/C no. is [protected], I have update my mailing address last four month and also cell number & email address on 6th march 2012 in Union Bank (Oshiwara branch). But when i contact to customer care they say your a/c details are not updated and branch officer says they had updated my profile. Customer care guy say you contact to your branch and branch guy says to contact customer care as they had updated my profile. I don't understand where is the problem they are ignoring to solve my problem as both are saying problem is not here. I also make both (Branch guy & customer care guy) of them to talk but couldn't get the solution and my problem is unsolved & Customer care guy is saying to file the complaint, Whom should I file the complaint every one is saying problem is not here.
